调胃承气汤对大鼠“寒下”药效的性别差异研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察调胃承气汤对大鼠"寒下"药效的性别差异。方法:大鼠32只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组各8只,调胃承气汤雄性组、调胃承气汤雌性组、雄性对照组和雌性对照组。调胃承气汤雄、雌性组大鼠给药剂量为1g/(100g.d),雄性对照组和雌性对照组灌服同体积生理盐水,每天分上、下午2次灌服,灌胃持续3周。观察不同性别大鼠体温、体重、饮食量、游泳时间等;以及内分泌代谢性指标儿茶酚胺、17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS),甲状腺素T3、T4。结果:调胃承气汤雄性、雌性组与雄性、雌性对照组比较,调胃承气汤雄性组大鼠体温、体重、饮食量显著降低,饮水量增加(P<0.01)。给药后调胃承气汤雄性、雌性组的心率明显减慢,游泳时间显著缩短(P<0.01),给药后调胃承气汤雄性组与调胃承气汤雌性组比较,调胃承气汤雄性组的心率明显减慢(P<0.01)。调胃承气汤雄性组与调胃承气汤雌性组的儿茶酚胺与17-OHCS含量均显著降低(P<0.01);给药后,调胃承气汤雌性组的儿茶酚胺显著降低(P<0.01),调胃承气汤雌性组17-OHCS含量降低(P<0.05)。给药后,调胃承气汤雄性组与调胃承气汤雌性组的血清内甲状腺素T3、T4的含量显著降低(P<0.01),调胃承气汤雌性组的血清甲状腺素T3、T4含量较调胃承气雄性组均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:调胃承气汤对大鼠的"寒下"药效存在性别差异。 Objective: To reveal the gender difference of purgation induced by cold-nature Tiaowei Chengqi decoction (TCD) in rats. Methods: Thirty-two rats, half in male, were equally randomized into 4 groups, and they were TCD male group, TCD female group, male control group, and female control group. TCD groups were given gastric gavage of TCD 1g /(100g od), and the control groups were given gastric gavage of same volume of normal saline, twice per day, 3 weeks in total. The general status indexes of body temperature, body weight, food intake, and swimming time were observed, and endocrine indicators of catecholamine, 17-OH corticosteroid (17-OHCS), and thyroxines T3 and T4 of the rats were also examined. Results.. TCD male group had better effect than the other 3 groups on reducing the rat body temperature, body weight and food intake, and on increasing water intake volume(P 〈0.01). Heart rate, and serum levels of catecholamine, 17-OHCS, T3 and T4 were decreased, and the swimming time was shortened in TCD groups(P 〈0.01 compared with those in the control groups). The decrease of heart rate was more obvious in TCD male group(P〈 0.01), and the decrease of catecholamine, 17-OHCS, T3, and T4 levels were more obvious in TCD female group(P〈O.05 or P〈O.01). Conclusion.. The purgation action of cold-nature TCD varies in male and female rats.
