摘要
北美地区页岩气开发的成功,在全球范围内掀起一股页岩气勘探的热潮,北美从上世纪80年代开始页岩气的开发,积累了丰富的经验,进入21世纪,随着水平井钻井和大型多段压裂技术的进步,使页岩气获得商业价值。为了进一步降低开发成本,开发者把工厂的概念应用到页岩气的开发中,促进了工厂化压裂模式的形成。北美开发实践表明,工厂化压裂可以缩短投产周期、降低采气成本、大幅提高压裂设备的利用率,减少设备动迁和安装,降低工人劳动强度。文章介绍了页岩气工厂化压裂的流程、组成部分和主要装备情况,并为国内开展此项技术提出了建议。
The success of shale gas production in North America,has triggered the exploring of shale gas resources around the world.The exploration of shale gas started in the 1980s,therefore abundant experience has been accumulated by now.Entering the 21st century,the commercial value of shale gas exploration was obtained with the rapid growth of horizontal drilling technology and multistage fracturing technology.In order to reduce development cost,the concept of factory fracturing was applied in shale gas exploration,and the factory fracturing mode was established.The application results in North America showed that the factory fracturing technology has many advantages,including shortening production cycle,reducing the production cost,increasing the utilization ratio of fracturing equipments,reducing the removal and installing of the device and decreasing labour intensity.The process,component part and main equipments of shale gas factory fracturing were introduced,and some suggestions on development the technology in China were put forward.
