鼻咽癌前病变及3种组织类型鼻咽癌银染核仁组成区 被引量:2

STUDY OF AgNORs IN PRECANCEROUS LESION AND CARCINOMA OF NASOPHARYNX

摘要 应用银染技术,对鼻咽上皮不典型增生病变及3种组织类型的鼻咽癌银染核仁组成区(AgNORs)的数量、大小、形态和分布进行观察,结果表明:在不典型增生病变的细胞核内,AgNORs计数低于分化差的癌细胞,而且多为规则型颗粒,甚少见到大型颗粒;但在癌组织中,分化越差的癌细胞,其核内AgNORs量越多、大型颗粒所占比例越高、规则型颗粒所占比例越低。提示AgNORs技术有助于癌前病变的诊断和肿瘤恶性程度的分级. With the use of silver staining technique , the number, size, shape and distribution of nucleolar organizer regions-associated proteins (NORs) were iavestigated in the tissue sections of atypical hyper-plasia and different types of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (well-differentiated squamous cell, poorly-differentiated squamous cell and vesicular cell carcinoma). The results showed that the number of AgNORs in group atypical hyperplasia was lower than that of vesicular cell carcinoma ( P <0. 01). Most of the AgNOR, in group atypical hyperplasia is small in size (85. 65%) and regular in shape (55. 8%)j but in the three cancer groups, the lower the cell differentiation was, the higher the number of AgNORs , the higher the percentage of the larger the number of AgNORs and the smaller the percen-tage of the regular AgNORs the cell had. These results suggested that the changes of AgNORs may assist in differentiating precancerous lesion from malignant tumors , as well as in grading the neoplasmas of nasopharynx.
