摘要 动物生产中,饲料成本约占到运营成本的60%以上,而能量在饲料成本中所占的比重又是最大的。因此,无论是制定最低成本配方,还是更好地满足动物营养需要,准确评定饲料能值显得尤为重要。文章基于净能的定义阐述了净能体系的优势,并介绍了评定猪饲料净能值和猪能量需要量的方法,总结了饲料净能的测定值及基于常规成分预测模型研究进展,并对净能体系应用目前面临的挑战进行了剖析。最后指出,探索猪能量代谢规律、完善净能理论以及改进饲料净能值测定技术,将是今后净能体系实际应用过程中必须解决的环节。 In animal husbandry,the cost of feed is more than 60 percent of operation cost of animal production and the energy component represents the greatest proportion of the cost.Therefroe, it is important to estimate the energy valure of feedstuff precisely ,either for least-cost formulation of for adapting feed supply to the energy requirementts of animals.This paper described the definition of net energy,whose merits were ponted out in comparison with digestible or metabolic energy systems presented the approaches of evaluation of feed net energy and determination of net energy requirements for swine ,especially in net energy measurement and prediction from their proximate compositions of feedstuff.Based on this background ,the challenge to apply net energy system for swine was analyzed,and more attentions should be paid to the exploration of energy metabolic rule in pigs enrchment of net neergy theory and improvement of measuring techniqure of feed net energy in swine.
