摘要
基于频域介质响应的频域介电谱法是一种诊断电气设备绝缘状态的非破坏性方法。以变压器油纸绝缘结构为典型研究对象,采用扩展Debye等效电路模型,分析了绝缘老化引起的仿真模型中绝缘电阻、几何电容以及时间常数分支电路参数的变化,以及其对油纸绝缘系统主要参数如复电容和频域介电谱的影响规律,为频域介电谱法应用于油纸绝缘结构的电气设备老化状态检测提供重要的理论支持。研究结论可用于指导现场变压器的频域介电谱试验,并分析变压器油纸绝缘老化和受潮的状态。
Frequency domain spectrum (FDS) based on frequency domain medium response is a kind of non-destructive method to diagnose electrical equipment insulating state. The oilpaper insulation structure was taken as a typical study object and the expanded Debye equivalent circuit model was adopted. This paper analyzed the influence of insulation aging on insulation resistance, geometry capacitance and time constant etc branch circuit parameters variations in the simulation model, and on the oilpaper insulation system’s main parameters such as complex capacitance and FDS, to provide an important theoretical support for the application of FDS in the insulation aging state detection for the electrical devices of the oilpaper insulation structure. The conclusions can be used to guide onsite transformer FDS experiments and to analyze transformer oilpaper insulation aging and moisture status.
