摘要
目的:建立评价一种类似气阴两虚型肺癌的动物模型。方法:采用"刨花烟熏"和灌胃温热性中药制作气阴两虚模型,移植Lewis肺癌实体肿瘤,建立气阴两虚型肺癌实验动物模型,检测血清IL-1、MDA水平,并应用金复康口服液进行反证该模型成立。结果:与对照组比较,模型组小鼠血清IL-1、MDA水平显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。经金复康口服液干预后,IL-1、MDA水平明显下调(P<0.05)。结论:Lewie肺癌造模方法的基础上,采用"刨花烟熏"和灌胃温热性中药的方法来建立肺癌气阴两虚病证结合的模型是可行的。
Objective: To establish and evaluate a method for making animal model of lung cancer with both Qi-and Yin-deficiency in traditional Chinese rnedicine(TCM) in mice. Methods: Thirty C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, and model+Jifukang group. In model and model+Jifukang group, mice were fumigated with wood shavings and then fed with heat-property TCM decoction by gavage for deficient Qi and Yin in terms of TCM theory. And then Lewis solid lung cancer was implanted to Qi-and Yin-deficient mice. Jifukang oral liquid was administered at dose of 30g-kg^-1·d^-1 in the model+Jifukang group. Levels of serum IL-1 and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured in the 3 groups. Results: Compared with the control group, levels of serum IL-1 and MDA were increased in model group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The increase in IL-1 and MDA was reversed by Jifukang in model+Jifukang group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Our experience indicated that both Qi- and Yin-deficiency model could be achieved by wood shaving fumigating and gavage of heat-property decoction based on Lewis mice model.
