摘要
对国际标准化组织 ISO制定的 MPEG- 1、MPEG- 2、MPEG- 4三种标准在视频编码方面作了综合比较 ,并着重介绍了 MPEG- 4视频编码中基于内容的功能。
Standards of MPEG 1、MPEG 2 and MPEG 4 to be made by International Standard Organization(ISO) are synthetically compared for video coding, and function based on content for MPEG 4 video coding is introduced emphatically.
