阿奇霉素体外对赫氏棘阿米巴的抑制作用

In vitro inhibitory effect of azithromycin against Acanthamoeba healyi

摘要 棘阿米巴是广泛存在于自然环境中、自由生活的致病性阿米巴，可引起人体棘阿米巴性角膜炎（acanthamoeba keratitis，AK），在艾滋病等免疫功能低下的人群中还会引起阿米巴性肉芽肿性脑炎、皮肤感染等。棘阿米巴原虫包括滋养体和包囊两个阶段，当周围环境不利于生长或受到药物作用时，滋养体就转化为包囊而增强对环境和药物的抵抗能力。因此，临床上有关棘阿米巴感染的治疗效果不理想。
