摘要
目的:建立毛细管色谱法同时检测作业场所空气中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺的测定方法。方法:采用强极性毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,柱温采用程序升温,氮气线流速3.5 ml/min。结果:线性关系良好,最低检出限。结论:方法适合测定作业场所空气中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺的同时测定。
Objective：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of N,N-dimethylformamide and N,N-dimethylacetamide in air of workplace by capillary gas chromatography.Methods： The samples were separated on strong polar capillary chromatographic column by programmed temperature,then detected by FID with the flow rate of nitrogen at 3.5 ml/min.Results： A good linear relationship was obtained by this method and the lowest detection limit was 0.1 mg/m3.Conclusion： The method is suitable for simultaneous determination of N,N-dimethylformamide and N,N-dimethylacetamide in air of work place.
