摘要 采用双端羟基硅氧烷和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成双端环氧基硅氧烷,再与氨基聚醚反应合成聚醚嵌段氨基改性有机硅平滑剂,并用红外光谱表征结构.研究了平滑剂配比、整理剂pH和用量等因素对整理织物平滑性、亲水性和白度的影响.结果表明:n(双端环氧基硅氧烷)∶n(氨基聚醚)=1∶2所得产物乳化后,在pH=5,用量为20 g/L时有较好的整理效果.与市售3种平滑剂相比,在相同使用成本情况下,对织物进行整理,新合成的平滑剂性能优良. The polyether blocked amino-modified silicone smoothing agent was obtained by the reaction of amino polyether with double end epoxy siioxane, which was synthesized using double end hydroxyl siloxane and epichlorohydrin as materials. Structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectrum. The influences of smoothing agent proportioning, pH and dosage of the finishing agent on smoothness, hydrophilcity and whiteness of the finished fabric were investigated. The results indicated that good finishing effect could be obtained under the follow conditions: molar mass ratio of double end epoxy siloxane to amino polyether was 1:2, pH=5 and 20 g/L of smoothing agent. The finishing agent was contrasted to three smoothing agents in market at the same cost, and the results of finished fabrics showed that this synthesized finishing agent had good performance.
