摘要
研究了在稀盐酸介质中吖啶红与亚硝酸根发生亚硝化反应 ,建立了极谱法测定亚硝酸根的新方法。反应产物的 2 .5次微分波的峰谷电位为 - 0 .49V(vs.SCE) ,亚硝酸根浓度在 0 .0 2~0 .6μg·ml-1范围内与峰高呈线性关系 ,检出限为 6.2× 1 0 -3μg·ml-1。相对标准偏差为 1 .84% (n=1 1 ,0 .2μg· ml-1的 NO-2 ) ,用于测定环境水样中亚硝酸根 。
The nitrosation reaction of nitrite ion with acridine red was studied, and a sensitive reduction wave (2.5th order derivative wave) was given by the reaction product at the potential -0.49V( vs. SCE) in 0 36mol·L -1 HCl solution. There is a linear relationship between the concentrations of nitrite ion and the peak heights of the reduction waves in the range of 0.02~0.60μg·ml -1 . Based on these facts, a new polarographic method for the determination of nitrite ion is proposed. The detection limit of this method is 6.2×10 -3 μg·ml -1 and the RSD obtained is 1.84% ( n =11, NO - 2 0.2μg·ml -1 ). This method has been successfully applied to the determination of nitrites in water samples.
