摘要
本文介绍了二氟硼化合物的分类和结构特点，并对近年二氟硼化合物作为荧光染料和荧光探针的研究进展进行了评述。对二氟硼化合物的应用前景进行了展望，引用文献42篇。
Difluoroboron compounds（DFBC） are a kind of compounds with unique photo-physical and photo-chemical characters. Due to their excellent fluorescent properties, DFBC are used as modules to synthesis fluorescent probes, which have been applied in the filed of biological analysis. Herein, we presented an overview about the classification and structural characters of DFBC, as well as the recent advances in fluorescent bioanalysis based on DFBC probes with 42 references. Finally, an assessment of future directions of DFBC was concluded.
