北京CBD核心区某高层建筑试验桩施工技术

摘要 北京市CBD核心区某高层建筑拟建高度超过550 m,建成后为北京市新地标建筑,其桩基础施工是保证整座建筑施工质量的关键。总结研究了该项目钻孔灌注桩试桩施工工艺的关键技术。 The height of a high-rise building at core area of Beijing CBD is proposed to be more than 550m, which will be the new landmark building in Beijing. The construction technique of foundation pile is very important to ensure the quality of this skyscraper. The key construction technologies of cast-in-place testing pile is summarized and studied.
