摘要
目的:探讨参附注射液联合艾灸治疗充血性心衰患者治疗效果。方法:将50例充血性心力衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组基础治疗相同,均采用强心、利尿及扩血管及对症控制感染等常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在常规抗心衰治疗同时,予以参附注射液40～100ml用5%葡萄糖溶液250ml稀释后静脉点滴及艾灸心俞、肺俞穴,每穴灸治20min,每日1次,疗程为10d。结果:治疗组心功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合艾灸治疗充血性心力衰竭有较好的治疗作用。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of the Shenfu injection plus moxibustion on treating congestive heart failure patient.Methods：50 patients with congestive heart failure were divided into the treatment group and the control group,two groups used the same basic treatment,strong heart,diuretic and vasodilator and symptomatic infection control conventional therapy,the treatment group were treated by the conventional method,at the same time,plus Shenfu injection 40～100ml diluted with 5% glucose solution 250ml the intravenously and moxibustion Xinshu xue,Feishu xue per hole moxibustion 20 min,one time a day,10 days as a course.Results：The treatment group improved heart function was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Shenfu injection plus moxibustion on treating congestive heart failure have a better therapeutic effect.
