摘要
虽然我国科技金融服务创新体系建设取得了一定的进展,但科技创新与科技金融间良性协同发展的机制尚未形成,金融资本支持科技创新的资金比例仍然偏低。基于金融机构的利益诉求,无论以债权介入还是以股权介入,均寄希望于从科技创新的未来收益中获得回报。因此,良好的商业模式和盈利前景是科技企业与金融资本结合的前提。而知识产权与商业模式的评估依赖于战略眼光和市场敏锐度,缺乏统一的标准。只有建立有效的运行机制,才能衔接科技企业、金融机构、中介机构、政府,实现金融资本与科技企业的结合。
Although the innovation system of sci-tech finance of our country has made certain progress, the synergetic de- velopment mechanism of sci-tech innovation and finance has not yet formed, the financial capital supporting sci-tech inno- vation is still small. Based on the demands of financial institutions, no matter in debt or equity intervention, they all hope high return from the future revenue of technical innovation, so the cooperation of technology enterprise and financial cap- ital lies in good business model and profit prospect. However, the assessment of intellectual property rights and business model lies in strategic vision and market sense. Only with an effective operation mechanism, it＇s possible to effectively con- vergence the technology enterprises, financial institutions, intermediary organizations and government, and union financial capital and technology enterprises.
