摘要
目的探讨不同入路手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月～2011年1月本院骨科收治的胸腰椎骨折患者78例,按照手术方法的不同将其分为前入路手术组、后入路手术组和椎旁肌间隙入路组各26例,比较3组的疗效。结果 3组患者手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术中出血量及术后引流量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者术后Cobb角恢复及ASIA分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种手术方式治疗胸腰椎骨折均有效,经椎旁肌间隙入路可有效降低术中出血、术后引流量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different approach operations in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Seventy eight cases of thoracolumbar fracture patients in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected, and divided into anterior approach surgery group, posterior approach surgery group and paraspinal muscle space approach surgery group according to the different surgical methods, 26 cases in each group, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results There was no significant difference in three groups of patients in operative time （P 0.05）, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were significantly different （P 0.05）. There was no statistically significant differences in three groups in postoperative Cobb angle of recovery and ASIA grade （P 0.05）. Conclusion Three kinds of surgical methods in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures are effective, paraspinal muscle space approach operation can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage.
