摘要
目的探讨电解可脱性微弹簧圈(GDC)血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法在全脑选择性血管造影监视下,对52例颅内动脉瘤患者行GDC血管内栓塞术,观察术后栓塞效果及并发症情况。结果本组52例颅内动脉瘤患者术后100%栓塞7例(13.5%),90%～99%栓塞27例(51.9%),70%～89%栓塞18例(34.6%)。术后2例患者出现脑血管痉挛,2例患者出现额叶血肿,1例患者出现轻微意识障碍,并发症发生率为9.6%。结论 GDC血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤临床疗效确切,治疗过程中应严格把握手术适应证,术中操作应仔细,以保证手术的安全性,提高治疗效果,降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of guglielmi detachable coils （GDC） endovascular treatment for intraeranial aneurysms. Methods Under digital subtraction antiograph 52 patients with intraeranial aneurysms were treated by endovascular embolizatlon of intraeranial aneurysm with gugllelmi detachable coil, observed the embolic effect and complica- tions. Results In 52 patients with intracranial aneurysms, 100% embolizafion in 7cases （ 13.5% ）, 90%～99% embollzation in 27 cases （51.9%） , 70% ～ 89% embolization in 18 cases （34. 6% ）. After treatment two patients with cerebral vascular spasm, two patients with frontal lobe hematoma, one patients with mild disturbance of consciousness, the complication rate was 9.6%. Conclusion Endovascular embolizatlon of intracranial aneurysm with guglielmi detachable coil has clinical curative effect, in the course of treatment, operation indications should be grasped strictly, and the operation should be did carefully, to ensure the operation safety, improve curative effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
