摘要
随着民办高校的发展壮大,新生党员的比例增加,新生党员呈现出越来越多的问题。如发展条件不符合、发展程序不规范、理论素养和党性修养不足、入党动机模糊、党员的模范作用发挥不明显等。针对这些问题,应加强监管力度,确保党员质量,应严格审核党员资格,坚持慎重处理的原则,并加强对新生党员的教育和管理。
With the development of private colleges and universities and the increasing new members of the CPC, freshmen party members show more and more problems. To solve these problems, we should enhance supervision and ensure the quality of Party members, strictly examining the qualifications, carefully processing principles, and strengthening the education and management of students party members.
