摘要
采用正交试验方法设计配方方法,使用市售的稀土发光材料SrAl2O4:Eu2+,环氧树脂、PU、三氧化二铝作为正交因子,各有三个水平。以环氧聚胺酯涂料的耐磨性作为研究对象,采用正交表L9(34)组织试验,得到耐磨性最佳的发光涂料的配方。
Using orthogonal test,the method of coating formula was designed.Commercially available rare earth luminescent material SrAl2O4:Eu2+,epoxy resin,PU,and aluminum oxide were orthogonal factors,and each factor had three levels.For improving wear-resistance of epoxy polyurethane coating,the experiments were arranged according to the orthogonal table of L9(34),l and the best formula of wear-resistance formula of the luminescent coating was found.
