福建省公共场所集中空调冷却塔水及冷凝水军团菌污染调查 被引量:7

Investigation on Legionella pneumophila contamination in cooling tower and condensed water of central air condition of public places in Fujian

摘要 目的调查福建省公共场所集中空调冷却塔水及冷凝水嗜肺军团菌的污染状况及主要血清型。方法 2009年采集全省106家集中空调冷却塔水113份及52家冷凝水79份,进行嗜肺军团菌分离鉴定及血清分型,用PCR验证。结果106家公共场所污染率27.4%(29/106);冷却塔水嗜肺军团菌检出率25.7%(29/113),以血清1型为优势(62.1%)。52家冷凝水污染率为19.2%(10/52);冷凝水嗜肺军团菌检出率13.9%(11/79)。受污染的7个设区市的冷却塔水检出率有差异;受污染的4个设区市的冷凝水检出率类似。结论福建省公共场所集中空调冷却塔水及冷凝水受到嗜肺军团菌不同程度污染,冷却塔水检出率高于冷凝水;应加强集中空调系统监测,预防军团菌病的发生。 Objective To investigate the contamination and major serotypes of Legionella pneumophila(Lp) from cooling tower and condensed water in central air condition of public places in Fujian. Method Totally 113 samples of cooling tower water from 106 public places and 79 samples of condensed water from 52 public places were collected in 2009. Lp strains were separated and serotypes were verified by PCR method. Result The contaminant rate of public places was 27.4% (29/106) ,the positive rate of cooling tower water was 25.7% (29/113) and Lpl was major serotype (62.1 %//0, 18/29). The contaminant rate of condensed water was 19.2% (52/79)and Lp positive rate was 13. 9%. There were significantly differences of Lp positive rate in cooling tower water between 7 cities and were similar in condensed water between 4 cities. Conclusion Cooling tower water and condensed water in central air condition of public places are con- taminated bY Lp in some degree. The positive rate of cooling tower water is higher than that of condensed water. The surveillance of central air conditioning system should be strengthened for Lp disease control.
