摘要
目的介绍2型糖尿病及其并发症的药物治疗及临床应用进展情况。方法查阅有关2型糖尿病药物治疗的文献,归纳治疗2型糖尿病的药物选择、并发症防治及相关不良反应的研究结果。结果与结论 2型糖尿病治疗的规范在慢慢地变化;由于2型糖尿病进展的本质,潜在的需要保护β细胞的功能已成为应引起重视的选项;糖尿病的并发症重在预防。
Objective To understand the progress of pharmacotherapy in type 2 diabetes.Method The published articles were reviewed.The findings of regimen selection,the adverse effect and the prevention and cure of complication were summarized.Result and Conclusion The paradigm of treatment is slowly changing.Because of the progressive nature of type 2 DM,the preserving β-cell function has become the priority.The prevention of the complication is important.
