宁波市北仑区健康体检者血尿酸水平调查 被引量:3

Investigation on serum uric acid level of healthy physical examinees in Beilun district Ningbo city

摘要 目的了解宁波市北仑区健康人群血尿酸水平,建立本地区健康人群的血尿酸参考值。方法对2011年度12 069例健康体检者(男7 003例,女5 066例)的检查资料按性别、年龄分组,并进行统计学分析。结果男性血尿酸的平均浓度为(374.76±71.11)μmol/L;女性血尿酸的平均浓度为(268.41±53.00)μmol/L;男女性之间血尿酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年龄组男性血尿酸水平均明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性和女性的血尿酸水平随年龄增长表现出不同的趋势,男性的血尿酸水平与年龄增长的变化不明显,70岁后有所升高;而女性血尿酸水平随年龄增长而明显升高。结论宁波市北仑区健康人群血尿酸与国内不同地区调查的平均水平不尽相同;男女性之间,女性各年龄段间存在明显差异。有必要建立本地区的血尿酸参考范围。 Objective To investigate the level of healthy people' s serum uric acid in Beilu district Ningbo City and estab- lish the serum uric acid reference value of healthy people in this district. Methods Statistically analyzed 12 069 healthy physical examinees' examination data (7 003 males and 5 066 females) according to gender, age group in 2011. Results Male examinees' average concentration was (374,76±71.11) μ mol/L, while female examinees' average concentration was (268.41± 53.00) μmol/L. There was a significant difference between males' and females' serum uric acid level (P 〈 0.05). The level of male at all age group was obviously higher than female, and there was a significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The level of male and female showed different trend along with the age-male's level changes were not obvious, and their level elevated after 70 years old; female's level elevated obviously along with the age. Conclusion The serum uric acid level of healthy people in Beilun district Ningbo city is similar to different domestic district. There is a significant difference between males' and females' level (P 〈 0.05). Female's level elevates obviously along with the age. It is necessary to establish serum uric acid reference value of this district.
