“三化”同步推进过程中粮食加工业的发展思路 被引量：1

摘要 粮食加工业是粮食从生产到消费全产业链的重要环节，是国家粮食安全保障体系中不可缺少的重要组成部分，是促进农民就业增收的重要渠道，在满足城乡居民粮食消费需求、保障国家粮食安全和全面建设小康社会中具有重要的战略地位。当前，我国正处于加快推进工业化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展的重要时期，粮食加工业与第一、第三产业联系紧密，保持粮食加工业健康发展，对促进粮食产业发展，加快发展现代农业，完善现代食品工业体系，改善城乡居民生活具有重要意义。
