摘要
目的:对治疗心脑血管疾病成药圣脑康丸的抗炎镇痛作用进行研究,探讨中药在治疗心脑血管疾病中的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:以阿司匹林为阳性药,采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的模型,研究圣脑康丸的抗炎作用;用热板法、醋酸扭体和光电甩尾实验研究该制剂的镇痛作用。结果:1.0~4.0g/Kg的剂量给药圣脑康丸对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀有抑制作用;以3.0~6.0g/Kg的剂量给药圣脑康丸能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀;以3.0~6.0g/Kg的剂量给药圣脑康丸能提高热板法引起小鼠的痛阀值,延长小鼠光电甩尾的潜伏期以及减少醋酸致小鼠的扭体次数。结论:作为治疗心脑血管疾病的复方制剂圣脑康丸在该实验中显示出良好的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases drugs of Shengnaokang Pill and explore the role played by the anti-inflammatory analgesic in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Aspirin is positive drug,carrageenin-induced rat paw edema model and dimethylbenzene(DB)-induced mouse ear swelling model respectively were used to study anti-inflammatory effect of Shengnaokang Pill.Hot plate,photoelectricity-induced swinging tails and acetic acid writhing method were used to study analgesic effect of Shengnaokang Pill.Results:In comparison with the model controls,at 1.0~4.0 g/Kg doses of Shengnaokang Pill could inhibit to rat paw edema induced by carrageenin.and at 3.0~6.0 g/Kg doses of Shengnaokang showed significant inhibition to DB-induced mouse ear swelling weight.Moreover at 3.0~6.0 g/Kg doses of Shengnaokang could elevate the mouse pain threshold in the mice stimulated by hot plate and photoelectricity,reduced the number of acid-induced writhing.Conclusion:In this experiment,the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases compound drug of shengnaokang pill has showed significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
