摘要
民办高校学生思想政治教育有其特殊性,主要体现在思想政治教育对象、思想政治教育工作者、思想政治教育环境三个方面。以马克思主义人本思想为指导,加强民办高校学生思想政治教育,要求针对思想政治教育对象特点开展工作,体现人本关怀;解决思想政治教育工作者实际问题,培养人本队伍;加大对思想政治教育的投入力度,创建人本环境。
The ideological and political education to the students in private colleges is particular in the educational objects, the educators and the educational environment. Guided by the Marxist human-centered thoughts, the ideological and political education in private colleges should first embody the human care concerning the students＇ characteristics. Second, the educators＇ reality should be considered in order to foster a human-oriented group. Third, the input should be increased to create more comfortable human- centered environment.
