摘要
鲜活农产品的绿色供应链作为一种新型战略管理模式,越来越受到政府、企业、学术界各方面重视。文章探讨了鲜活农产品绿色供应链管理的内涵、运行目标、运作模式与运作机制等内容。以期为该行业实施绿色供应链管理提供决策支持。
As a new strategy, green supply chain of the fresh agricultural products has attracted more and more attention from government enterprise and academic. This paper introduces and analyzes several aspects on GSCM such as definition, operation goal, operation mode and mechanism. It provides several suggestions on how to carry out GSCM in fresh agriculture industry.
