摘要
目的观察紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将114例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组57例采用紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗,对照组57例采用传统化疗药物顺铂治疗,进行疗效比较观察,所有患者完成4个周期用药。结果治疗组总有效率(CR+PR)为91.23%,对照组总有效率(CR+PR)为70.18%。治疗组明显优于对照组,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇和卡铂联合治疗非小细胞癌有显著效果,副反应发生较轻,治疗非小细胞肺癌效果显著,是一种安全、有效、值得临床推广应用的化疗方案。
Objective To observe the effects and toxicities of paclitaxel with carboplatin in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods One hundred and fourteen cases of non-small cell lung cancer were diveded into treatment group and control gorup, the treatment group of 57 patients were injected paclitaxel with carboplatin, the control group of 57 patients were injected traditional chemotherapeutic drugs with cisplatin. All were taken four cycles of chemotherapy. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.23%, control group was 70.18%, the difference was significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Apply the combination of paclitaxel and carboplatin in the regimen may have significant effects on NSCLC. The chemotherapy is worthy of clinical application.
