摘要
目的总结腹腔镜阑尾切除手术的护理体会。方法对96例行腹腔镜阑尾切除手术患者的术前情况进行分析,并进行围术期生理护理、心理护理、饮食护理、出院指导等。结果经过精心的护理、指导,84例患者术后完全康复;12例患者术后出现不同程度的并发感染,经过及时地药物治疗后,均已康复,无愈后复发现象。结论阑尾炎手术患者在围术期需要生理、心理、饮食护理及出院指导等整体护理措施,临床须把每一项护理都做到最好,帮助患者早日康复出院。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods The preoperative sit- uation of 96 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy was analyzed, and all patients were given periopera- tive physical care, psychological care, dietary care, discharge guidance and so on. Results After careful care and guidance, 84 cases patients were fully recovered; 12 cases of patients were found with varying degrees of infection, but they all recov- ered after timely medical treatment, there was no more evidence of recurrence. Conclusion Patients with appendicitis op- eration need holistic nursing measures like physical, psychological, dietary care and discharge guidance, etc. Clinic should do best in every care to help the patients recover soon and diseharg.
