摘要
目的利用电化学发光免疫分析技术对正常女性和部分患有妇科疾病的妇女6项激素指标进行检测分析,观察差异,研究妇科疾病对6项指标的影响。方法通过对本院2011~2012年参加妇科体检的120名正常妇女和在本院住院的患者180例,对比血样中促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(TESTO)以及孕酮(PORG)等6项激素的水平。结果观察组23例不孕症患者,血清中LH、FSH水平11例降低,12例正常;PRL明显增高8例;E2水平降低12例;TESTO水平增高9例;23例PORG平均值都偏低;闭经溢乳症患者增长明显激素有PRL和TESTO,而减少的是PROG;子宫功能性出血患者FSH以及LH和PROG都出现降低情况;49例妇女正处于更年期,减少明显的有E2,增高明显的有FSH和LH,其余的激素没有明显变化。结论血清中6项激素检测在诊断妇科生殖内分泌系统疾病中具有一定的临床价值,为妇科疾病的临床诊断、治疗及预后分析提供科学有效的依据。
Objective To detect and analyze six hormone indexes of normal female and partial female suffering from gynecological diseases were deteeted and analyzed by eleetrochemiluminescenee immunoassay technology, and to observe the differences, and to research the influence of gynecological diseases on the six indicators. Methods One hundred and twenty normal women receiving gynecological examination and 180 patients treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected. And the six hormone levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) in blood samples, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), pituitary prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), testosterone (TESTO) and progesterone (PORG) were detected. Results Among 23 infertility patients in observation group, the levels of serum LH and FSH in 11 patients were redueed, whieh of 12 patients were normal; PRL was increased significantly in 8 eases; the level Of E2 was reduced in 12 eases; the level of TESTO was increased in 9 eases; and the average value of PORG was on the low side in 23 cases. Among patients with amenorrhea and galaetorrhea, PRL and TESTO were increased signifieantly, while PROG was reduced. The FSH, LH and PROG of patients with functional uterine bleeding were all reduced. 49 women were in the menopause. E2 was reduced significantly, FSH and LH were increase(t significantly, and other hormones had no obvious changes. Conclusion The detection of six serum item hormone has certain clinical value in diagnosing gynecology, reproductive, endocrine diseases, which provides scientificl and effective reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis analysis of gynecological diseases.
