摘要
噬菌体随机肽库技术是将编码外源多肽的DNA序列插入到噬菌体外壳蛋白结构基因的适当位置,使外源基因随外壳蛋白结构基因的表达而表达,被展示的外源多肽可保持相对独立的空间结构和生物活性,是一种基因型与表达型的统一。近年来,噬菌体随机肽库技术被广泛应用于各种抗原的模拟表位筛选中,并取得了显著成果。综述了利用噬菌体随机肽库技术在抗原模拟表位筛选中的研究进展。
In this paper, the screening mimicking epitope of antigen from phage random peptide library was reviewed. The phage random peptide library is a technology by inserting the DNA sequences of polypeptide into the phage coat protein gene at the proper position and the heterolo- gous gene is expressed accompanied with the coat protein. Then,the displayed heterologous poly- peptide can be kept relatively independent spatial structure and biological activity,which is a unity of genotype and phynotype. In recent years, phage random peptide library has been widely used for screening the mimicking epitope of various antigen and has made remarkable achievements.
