摘要
今天民族院校大学生的人际关系在一定程度上就是明天社会的民族关系。经过问卷调查和个案访谈发现,民族院校大学生的人际关系既有一般院校大学生的人际关系特点,如以情感、兴趣、利益为交往原则,又有自己的特色,如易产生自卑、易怒、易冲动。在此基础上,提出了一些如多举办有民族特色的文体活动,以彰显民族文化和特色等的有建设性的对策。
Today′s college students′ relations in the universities for nationalities,to some extent,will be the ethnic relations in tomorrow′s society.Through questionnaires and interviews,the paper studies the interpersonal relations of these students and concludes that they have the general characteristics of college students,such as the principle of contact based on feelings and interests,and their own characteristics,such as low self-esteem,irritability and impulsiveness.On this basis,the paper offers some measures like cultural and sports activities with typical ethnic features to highlight ethnic cultures and characteristics.
