摘要
目的了解全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析仪检测抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体阳性结果与确证试验符合程度及影响因素,为临床应用及感染控制提供指导。方法对2009年11月-2011年12月申请HIV抗体检测的血清进行全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析仪检测,其中114份血清初筛阳性者送市疾病预防控制中心确证,两者结果进行比较。结果 114例初筛试验确认阳性68例,阳性率为59.65%,男性阳性率(67.07%)明显高于女性(40.63%),两组阳性率差异有统计学意义;确认试验阳性者的平均年龄明显低于阴性者,确认试验阳性组s/co值明显高于阴性组,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析技术在检测HIV抗体时具有较高的灵敏度,在临床应用中,可结合实际情况进行判断,男性、低龄及s/co值较高者,确认试验阳性率明显增高。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influencing factors of fully automated microparticle chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer to detect anti-HIV antibody positive results,and the relevance with confirmatory test,in order to provide reference for the infection control and clinical medication.METHODS A retrospective investigation method was used to collect data of 114 positive screening cases from Nov 2009 to Dec 2011,the clinical data were analyzed,the 114 positives were transferred to the Center for Disease Control for the confirmatory test.RESULTS Totally 68 cases were confirmed positive in 114 cases of primary screening test-positive,the positive rate was 59.65%.The positive rate of the male(67.07%)was significantly higher than that of the female(40.63%),the difference in the positive rate between the two groups was statistically significant.The average age of the patients in the confirmatory test positive group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the confirmatory test negative group,and the s/co value was significantly higher in the confirmatory test positive group than in the confirmatory test negative group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.CONCLUSION Fully automated microparticle chemiluminescence immunoassay technology has a high sensitivity in the detection of HIV antibodies.We can judge the outcome by combining with the actual situation in clinical applications,male,young,and the value of s/co higher so as to raise the positive rate of the confirmatory test.
