超声冲洗在慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗中的应用被引量：2

摘要目的:评价在慢性根尖周炎的一次性根管治疗中超声冲洗根管对疗效近远期效果的影响。方法:选择慢性根尖周炎患牙156例,按治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组92例,在根管预备中采用超声冲洗清理根管,使用3%双氧水作冲洗液;对照组64例只使用3%双氧水冲洗。比较两组根管充填后一周内的疼痛反应和2年后的根管充填疗效。结果:治疗组1周内的疼痛反应和2年后的根管充填疗效与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗中应用根管超声冲洗,能够提高根管充填质量,减少患者就诊次数,值得推广使用。
