摘要
政府对公立医院投入存在投入总量不足、结构不合理、效率低下等问题逐渐引起社会的关注。在了解公立医院资金补偿的主要来源基础上,提出政府应从明确公立医院的定位和目标、保障充足的财政支持、建立绩效评价体系、符合公益性要求的内部管理制度等方面来保障公立医院的公益性质。
There are problems like lack of investment scale,irrational investment structure and low input efficiency in government's investment in public hospitals attractily more eyes.Public finances should be the main financing channel of public hospitals,the government takes the responsibility to ensure the commonweal of public hospitals by defining the role and management objective,financial support,constructing the performance evaluation system and improve internal management of public hospitals.
