摘要
以汽车门把手座塑件为研究对象,针对该塑件所具有的复杂内部结构,采用液动二级内侧抽芯机构、通过两级机构运动换向实现侧孔抽芯,解决了塑件内小空间的内部侧孔结构成型问题;模具采用潜伏式浇口的热流道浇注系统,合理设计冷却方案,保证冷却均匀,采用斜顶等模具结构,实现注塑件成型并满足质量技术要求。
According to the complex internal structure of car door handles seat plastic parts, by using hydraulic double-inside core pulling mechanism, core pulling for side hole was achieved through double-mechanic movement changing direction, the issue of forming the internal side of the hole structure of parts within a small space was solved. Submarine gate type and hot runner system were used, cooling system was designed reasonably to ensure cooling uniformity, angle ejecting mechanism was used. Finally, the parts meeting the quality and technical requirements was achieved.
