基于ANSYS的扫路车盘刷刷丝与垃圾的接触特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以清扫车盘刷清扫垃圾过程中刷丝和垃圾的相互作用为研究对象,分别在二维和三维情况下,用ANSYS软件对其非线性接触特性进行分析,得出垃圾清扫的临界条件,以及刷丝压缩量对清扫能力的影响,为实现高效清扫指明了方向。结果表明,影响清扫能力的主要因素是水平清扫力和滚动力矩;且在一定范围内,刷丝的压缩量能够增强清扫能力。
