摘要
对于参考类似子目单价的工程变更项目,其综合单价的合理确定是业主方处理此类变更项目的核心环节。但现有法律法规文件并未对"合理性"做出具体说明,且相关研究成果甚少,致使业主方对此核心环节的管理尚处于薄弱状态。通过现有文献的综合分析,在确定了类似子目变更估价原则适用范围的基础上,提出了确保此类变更项目综合单价合理的相关原则,对提高业主方的工程变更管理水平以及加强项目投资控制具有一定的现实意义。
For project variation of referencing similar price, it is important to ensure that integrated unit price is determined reasonably. However, laws and regulations are not clearly stated and relevant research are few. Based on analysis of relevant literatures, the paper ascertained applicable scope of similar pricing principles. Three principles to ensure this kind of variation are presented. The results have some practical meaning to enhance the owner＇s level of project variation management and to control the project cost.
