远程肢体缺血后处理对急性脑梗死患者血清BDNF含量及神经功能评分影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过远程肢体缺血后处理对急性脑梗死患者血清中BDNF含量及神经功能评分(NIHHS评分)的影响,初步探讨远程肢体缺血后处理的脑保护方面可能的机制。方法:将18例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组予药物常规处理,实验组在此基础进行远程肢体缺血后处理,观察两组治疗前后血清中BDNF表达及NIHHS评分。结果:两组血清中BDNF含量治疗后较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),实验组升高程度优于对照组;通过NIHHS评分变化提示康复程度实验组优于对照组。结论:远程肢体缺血后处理的脑保护机制可能与增加BDNF表达有关。
