摘要
目的:探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取100例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例,治疗组应用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗,对照组单纯使用米非司酮,各组均连续治疗3个月,于治疗前、后各行彩色多普勒超声检查、性激素六项、肝功能检查各一次,对比治疗前后子宫和肌瘤的大小、性激素的变化、肝功能情况。结果:治疗前、后,治疗组在子宫和肌瘤缩小率、性激素水平改善方面均显著优于对照组,P均<0.05;治疗前、后各组的肝功能均无明显改变。结论:米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊中西医结合疗法治疗子宫肌瘤疗效良好,副作用轻,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effects of mifepristone combined with cassia tuckahoe capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods：100 cases of patients with uterine myoma,were randomly divided into treatment group,control group of 50 cases,the treatment group was treated with mifepristone combined with cassia tuckahoe glue,the control group was treated using mifepristone,groups treated continuously for 3 months,before and after treatment,the color Doppler ultrasonography,female hormone six,liver function tests each time,compared before and after treatment of uterus and myoma size,female hormones,liver function.Results：Before treatment,after treatment group in the uterus and myoma reduced rate,female hormone levels were improved significantly better than the control group,all P 0.05;before treatment,after each group had no significant changes in liver function.Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with cassia tuckahoe capsule in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of uterine fibroids have good curative effect,mild side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
