摘要
本文就医院药房调剂拆零药品时出现的一些质量问题的原因进行分析和探讨,提出相应的对策,分别从拆零分装环境、人员、包装材料及制度等方面加强管理,实现对药房调剂拆零药品质量的规范管理,从而保证患者安全有效的用药。
This paper analyzes and discusses the reasons of some quality problems in dispensing dismounted medicine by pharmacy department of hospital,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,as strengthening the management from the aspects of dispensing environment,administrators,package materials and system,and so on,realizing the standardized administration of the quality of drugs in pharmacy department,so as to ensure that patients can use drugs safely and effectively.
