摘要
目的对彩超对胎儿肾积水进行诊断以及预后的价值进行探讨,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法采用实时三维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对本院2007年1月～2011年12月接受孕前检查的孕妇展开超声检查。对检查结果进行统计分析。结果共检出肾积水者53例。发现时间最早为孕15周;肾积水胎儿中积水程度为Ⅰ级者32例,Ⅱ级者12例,Ⅲ级者6例,Ⅳ级者2例,Ⅴ级者1例。38例为单侧肾积水,15例为双侧肾积水。结论实时三维彩超对胎儿肾积水的诊断与预后等综合评价具有十分重要的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To discuss diagnostic and prognostic evaluation of real-time 3D color Doppler ultrasound in fetal hydronephrosis,so as to provide reference for application.Methods Pregnant women who received pre-pregnancy checks in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 were given ultrasonic test by RT diagnostic apparatus of real-time three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonograhy,and results were analyzed.Results Fifty-three cases of hydronephrosis were inspected,with the earliest finding time of fifteen weeks of pregnancy.There were thirty-two cases with Ⅰ level of fetal hydronephrosis,12 cases with Ⅱ level,6 cases with Ⅲ level,2 cases with Ⅳ level and one case with Ⅴ level.Among them,36 cases were diagnosed with unilateral hydronephrosis,while 15 cases were diagnosed with bilateral hydronephrosis.Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound has important value in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of fetal hydronephrosis,it is worthy of promotion.
