摘要
建立了旋风式法曲率包络数控铣削技术的数学模型 ,其实质是在每一走刀行程中 ,实时调整刀具的轴心线绕接触点工件理论曲面外法线向量转动的角度 ,使铣刀刀尖圆与理论曲面的切触线具有相同的曲率 ,对理论曲面形成等法曲率的逼近包络。该铣削技术可在保持表面精度不变的条件下 ,大幅度地减少刀具切削的行程数。
A mathematical model of CNC milling technique on whirlwind normal curvature enveloping is established The essentiality of the technique is to have a real time adjustment for a milling cutter exial line that rotates around the angle of outer normal vector of the workpiece on the theoretically curved surface at contact point in the course of cutter passes,which can create the same curvature for the cutter point with the contact line on the theoretically curved surface The method is used in realization of approaching envelope of the normal curved surface on the theoretical curvature This technique can be used to minimize the number of cutter strokes while surface accuracy remaining constant
