摘要
初级创伤救治（primary trauma care，PTC）是由世界初级创伤委员会发起的临床医师创伤救治培训项目，2010年开始在我国广西等地区初步推广。该项目强调整体观念和时间观念，注重基础生命支持和临床实践技能，旨在提高临床医师应对严重创伤患者的紧急处置能力，实践表明，该项目对提高急诊医师创伤急救能力有明显促进作用。本文就PTC课程体系特点、在广西的初步实践情况及对我国进一步加强创伤救治能力建设的若干启示进行探讨。
Objective The primary trauma Care （PTC） training project was initiated by the World Primary Trauma Care Commission, promoted in Guangxi and other domestic areas in 2010. The project highlight the overall concept and the concept of time, focusing on basic life support and clinical practice skills, aims to improve clinical capacity to respond to dispose emergency patients with severe trauma, which has been initially proved to be effective and efficient. In this paper, the characteristics of PTC curriculum system, the initial practice in Guangxi, and certain revelation for emergency trauma care capacity building were discussed.
