摘要
针对轴承座生产线使用天车进行轴承座翻转的过程中存在的不安全、占用天车和生产专业化、自动化水平低等问题,设计出一种由液压缸直接驱动的轴承座翻转工装,通过对结构参数进行设计计算及对运动和受力进行仿真分析证明此工装能安全稳定地实现轴承座的翻转工作,可大大提高生产的安全性、生产效率和自动化水平。
The conventional way to turn a bearing Chock with overhead crane is dangerous, needs more workload of overhead crane and works with low automation. To solve those problems, a bearing chock turnover tool that is actuated directly by hydraulic cylinder is developed. The calculation of the structure parameters and the analysis to simulate the movcmenl and fovce prove the turnover tool can turn bearing chocks safely and stably to improve the safily, production efficiency and automation level of the bearing chock production line significantly.
