摘要
以石墨纸、酚醛树脂、硅粉为原料,采用热压烧结法制备了以石墨纸为主相的石墨层状复合材料。利用电子万能试验机测试材料的抗弯强度,借助光学显微镜进行形貌分析,研究了不同硅粉含量对石墨层状复合材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅粉含量的增加,材料的密度和垂直于叠层方向的抗弯强度呈上升趋势,而材料断裂功则先增加后下降。石墨层状材料断口形貌呈锯齿状,主裂纹沿穿厚方向扩展的过程中频繁发生偏折,使材料得到韧化。添加适量的硅粉可以获得综合性能优良的石墨层状复合材料。
Laminated graphite composites reinforced by Si powders were fabricated by hot-pressing sintering,Electronic universal testing machine was used to measure the bending strength of the composites.Optical microscopy was employed to examine the topography of the composites.The effect of the content of Si powders on the structure and properties of the composites had been studied in detail.The results show that,with the increase of the content of Si powders,the density and bending strength perpendicular to layers of the composites were gradually improved,but the work of rupture decreased after an initial increase.Fractured surface of the composites were zig-zag shaped.The main cracks often deflected in the expansion process,leading to toughening of the composites.The composites with optimum properties could be produced by introducing appropriate amount of Si powders.
