摘要
目的探讨序贯性血液净化(血液透析、血液灌流、血浆置换)治疗急性中毒的疗效。方法在常规治疗的基础上,根据患者中毒情况,采用序贯性血液净化治疗。结果应用序贯性血液净化治疗患者例,例患者痊愈或好转,未出现严重并发症。结论血液净化治疗急性中毒是一种安全有效地治疗方法 。
objeetive. To study the sequential blood purification （Hemoperfusion hemodialysis plasma ex- change ） in treatment of acute poisoning Methods ： In addtion to conventional treatment, the sequential blood purification methods were applied to treatment of acute poisoning patients,based on the features of the poison Results ： of the 78case of acute poisoning who received series of blood purification therapy,54ease discharged from the hospital cured or improved,no serious complications were noted Conclusion： blood purification is an effective and safe way for treating acute poisoning
