摘要
水库坝体的混凝土冻融破坏是水工混凝土在运行过程中的主要病害,破坏的形式为裂缝和表面剥蚀。阐述了混凝土冻融破坏机理以及影响因素。提出聚氨酯保温涂层能较好地满足南方地区冬季凝冻气候下水库坝体混凝土的长期保温要求,能抵御凝冻天气引起的水库坝体混凝土的冻融破坏。
Freeze-thaw damage of reservoir dam concrete is the main disease in the running of hydraulic concrete. The damage form is crack and surface ablation. In this paper the deterioration mechanism by freezing-thaw cycling,as well as its influencing factors were introduced. It put forward that the polyurethane heat preservation coating can satisfy the long-term insulation requirements of reservoir dam concrete under southern area winter climate,capable of withstanding the freeze-thaw damage of dam concrete caused due to freezing.
