摘要
分析了影响外墙涂料涂膜耐沾污性和耐候性的主要因素及改善途径,研究了颜料体积浓度和其它组分对涂膜耐沾污性及耐候性的影响,设计制备了一种抗污、耐候的高性能建筑外墙涂料,耐人工老化可达1000 h以上,涂膜具有10年以上的使用寿命。
This paper analyzed the main factors affecting stain resistance and weather resistance performances of exterior house paint and its improvement solution, studied the effect of pigment volume concentration and other components on weather re- sistance and stain resistance,and designed and prepared an anti-fouling,weather resistant exterior house paint. The artificial aging periool can reach over 1000h,the coating＇s service life is more than 10 years.
