异质材料零件的CAD建模方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对含有多种材料,且材料相呈非均质分布或异常分布的异质材料零件,提出一种基于TEN三维模型的异质材料零件CAD建模方法。该方法详细说明了从离散的三维初始数据点进行CAD建模的算法和步骤,包括数据的预处理、搜索起始点、组成起始边、初始Delaunay三角形、初始Delaunay四面体和构建四面体网格等,实现了对异质材料零件中任意点的结构信息表述。通过实例测试了本建模方法的有效性和实用性。 The development of Heterogeneous Objects and its research arouse more and more interests. This paper proposes an approach of TEN based CAD modeling for Heterogeneous Objects (HEO) and uses the method to describe the CAD modeling algo- rithms and procedures from the initial three-dimensional discrete data points in detail, including data preprecessing, search of starting point, composition of the starting side, initial Delaunay triangulation, Detaunay tetrahedron and build the initial tetrahedral network. The approach is effective and practicable through some examples.
