哺乳动物细胞中存在着数量繁多的可以通过核膜上的核孔复合体在胞核与胞质间进行交换的蛋白质,它们通过核孔复合体在胞核与胞质间进行交换的过程即称为蛋白质的核质转位。这些蛋白可以通过各种转位机制对细胞自身的生长、增殖、
